We cook every single pan fresh the moment your order comes in — that’s why your food tastes like it just came off the stove. Because of this made-to-order freshness, here’s everything you need to know about getting it to your door safely and what happens if something isn’t perfect.

Shipping – How It Works

Freshness first

We prepare every dish by hand after your order is placed. Final weight can vary slightly once everything is packed with love and care (insulation, ice packs when needed, sturdy boxes). Because of this:

• We calculate and charge shipping costs after preparation.
• You will receive a personal message (email or text) with the exact shipping fee based on actual weight and your delivery address.
• You must approve the shipping amount before we charge your card and dispatch.
• If you don’t approve within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Orlando Local Delivery

Flat rate $75 (Orlando, FL area only)

• Hand-delivered by our team (no third-party driver)
• Usually same-day or next-day, depending on order time
• Included in initial authorization — no surprise later

Nationwide Shipping

We ship to all 48 continental states using reliable carriers (UPS / FedEx / USPS, depending on size & speed).

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (most areas)
• Expedited options available at checkout (extra cost)

We add ice packs and insulation for hot/cold items — food arrives fresh and safe.

Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Returns

We pour our heart into every pan — but we know taste is personal. If anything doesn’t taste like home to you, we want to make it right.

No returns for change of mind

Because every dish is made fresh to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “don’t like the taste” after the 24-hour window.

Damaged / Missing Items

If the box arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items:

• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours
• We’ll replace or refund at our discretion
