Ours is made the old-school way: simple flour, warm nutmeg, a whisper of sugar, and those secret family spices that make the difference between “good” and “I need another one right now.” Deep-fried to that perfect golden color — soft and pillowy in the center, with just enough crisp on the outside to make every bite addictive.
