At Cooking with Love – Chichi’s Kitchen, we believe food should bring joy and peace of mind — not stress about money. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle payments, so you can focus on what really matters: enjoying the meal and the memories it creates.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

• Major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All transactions are processed through Stripe, the same trusted platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is never stored on our servers — it is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant.

When You Are Charged

• The full amount is charged at the time you place your order, and the payment is successfully authorized.
• Shipping fees are calculated and charged after your order is prepared (because the exact weight can vary slightly once everything is packed fresh). We contact you within 24 hours with the exact shipping total and ask for your final approval before charging.
• Local delivery fee (Orlando, FL only) is a flat $75 and is included in the initial authorization (no surprise later).

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We prepare every dish fresh after your order is placed, so cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of checkout. After that, we’re already cooking with love and can’t stop the process.

If something goes wrong (damaged during transit, missing items, quality issue), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. 

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Taxes

All applicable Florida state sales tax is automatically added at checkout and clearly shown before you confirm payment.

Gift Orders & Receipts

If you’re sending a gift, the packing slip will not show prices — just a warm note from you (or from us if you prefer). You will still receive a full receipt by email for your records.
